From the 16th to the 18th of January 2024 ASI Oy Ltd. will take part in the world’s premier trade fair for Security, Safety & Fire Protection – Intersec Dubai (UAE). ASl Oy Ltd as being one of the world’s leaders in the design and manufacturing of wireless fire systems will present its wireless fire detection system - certified in 80 countries - at stand No. H30 in Hall 3.
Designed to Protect Life and Property
The ASI wireless fire detection system is designed to protect a wide range of projects such as high-rise and multiple buildings, schools, hospitals, airports, factories, etc. The system reliability is ensured by the mesh network technology which allows the network topology to be automatically created and adjusted. You only need to position the expanders throughout the building based on their connection radius, and the network will arrange itself in the most optimal way. The mesh technology provides the ASI system with the significant benefits: unmatched reliability and easy set up allowing for fast installation procedures.
Advanced Features
- Communication range: 1 200 m. between an expander and a device. Between two expanders the distance can reach 2 km.
- Battery life: 10 years. In normal conditions, the detectors can work for up to 10 years on one set of batteries.
- Activation delay: 3 seconds. Sounders and other alarm devices activate almost immediately when a fire detector is triggered.
- Network capacity: 126 devices or expanders in one network. Multiple networks can work in the same building.
ASI Dynamic Evacuation System
Several ASI detectors can be programmed as a dynamic evacuation system. As soon as fire is detected in the building and alarm devices are triggered, the detectors with built-in speakers initiate evacuation with a warning message. The devices one-by-one generate a short multi-frequency sound signal along with a light flash, showing the way to a safe evacuation exit. Besides, the system can reverse direction and activate independently on different floors allowing for an adaptive evacuation strategy.
Approved in 80 countries
All of ASI products are designed to meet and often exceed the rigorous requirements of the European EN54 standards. The devices are fully tested and certified by BRE global with the LPCB mark. The system was also approved by the Dubai Civil Defense, and SAI Global.
